Progressive Global Energy are partnering with a start up organisation who are seeking to hire a VP of Sales. This role will report to the CEO and you will be tasked with exponentially growing the business across the America's.
- Build and grow business relationships to the success of generating new business
- Provide the strategic direction for new sales
- Recruit a team of sales professionals creating a regional business
- Forecast and anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances.
- Bid management
- Implement and execute a 3-5 year growth strategy
Candidates will need to be Southern California based.
We are looking for candidates with the following skill set:
- 10 years + sales experience
- 3 years management experience/ scaling a team
- Experience working in a business T/O <50million
- Reverse Osmosis/RE product experience is essential
- Municipal/Industrial contacts
